An association study between FokI, BsmI, miR-146a, and miR-155 and Behcet’s disease in the Egyptian population

Abstract Background Behcet’s disease (BD) is a systemic inflammatory of the blood vessels and affects various body parts. This study aimed to determine association four single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) BD in Egyptian population using multiple statistical models show resulting associations along with previous studies different populations. Four SNPs were examined for their BD: two from vitamin D receptor gene (FokI BsmI) selected other miR-146a miR-155 . These role populations immune system.
